Danielle is a deal-maker! She went back and forth with the owner, the lender, the inspectors, the insurance people, and so many others to make the deal work for everyone! I have heard people say that after they sign they have buyer's/seller's remorse and I had the OPPOSITE - I got what I wanted and know the seller was happy with the outcome, too, because Danielle did such a thorough job making sure everyone was satisfied! There were lots of ups and downs and Danielle kept me in the loop for all of it, brainstorming different ways of dealing with the latest issue and ready to do whatever needed to be done!
